Utah | Remote Online Notary

Utah authorizes its notaries to perform online notarizations pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 46-1-2(17) et seq.

In addition, Utah recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition law is Utah Code Ann. § 57-2a-3.
