Nebraska authorizes its notaries to perform online notarizations pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 64-401 to 64-418.

In addition, Nebraska recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition laws are Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 64-201, 76-219, 76-235, 76-242, & 76-264.
